In the "Jahresmagazin" of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the academy presents its initiatives, research projects and current activities and aims to facilitate their access to a broad audience. The selection of topics reflects the diverse work of the academy and gives insights into its research.
In the chapter "Hindernisse beim nachhalten Bauen" (eng. Hindrances of Sustainable Construction), Ulrike Kuhlmann, Yuca Meubrink and Mike Schlaich present that central hindrances of sustainable construction are often being described as conflicting objectives.
